Exit onto Millersport Highway/SR 263, exit #5-B and follow to Flint Road. Turn left and the Red Roof Inn will be visible on the left side of the road. From downtown Buffalo: Follow I-190/New York State Throughway east for 3 miles to I-90 South. Follow I-90 South for 5 1/2 miles and exit onto I-290 North. Follow I-290 north for 2 1/2 miles and exit onto Millersport Highway/SR 263, exit #5-B and follow to Flint Road. Turn left and the Red Roof Inn will be visible on the left side of the road.
