On the highway A58 you take exit 28, then go all straight (-/+ 2,5 km) until the T-crossing. Than turn right -/+ 50 m you'll find the hotel on the lefthandside.

From Railway Station Bergen Op Zoom
On leaving the station, turn left,and follow this road. At the traffic lights go straight ahead. At the next crossing, take a left. Walking time about 10 mins.
