Built in 1929, the Spanish-style Balboa Inn is situated on Newport Beach, within walking
distance of shops, restaurants, and watersport rentals, and approximately six miles from
Orange County's John Wayne International Airport. Los Angeles International Airport is about
40 miles away. The historic Balboa Pavilion is right down the street. 
 Hotel amenities include the Siena's Northern Italian cuisine for dining in the courtyard or
on the terrace with panoramic views from Catalina Island to Dana Point. There is a swimming
pool next to the beach, as well as a rental kiosk that rents skates, bikes, and other beach
