Prior to the completion of your reservation, you'll see a Taxes & Fees line that includes an
amount equal to the property's resort fee of 20.00 USD per day (22.00 USD including tax), that
will then be included in the total charge. The resort fee includes: unlimited local and 800
calls, unlimited tennis court time, use of the Fitness Center, self-parking, daily newspaper,
in-room coffee, and use of the lounge chairs at Clam Pass Beach.
