Upon exiting the airport, take a left onto River Road. Turn left at the next traffic light onto Betsy Kerrison Parkway. Follow the signs to Kiawah Island.

Upon exiting the airport, turn right onto I-526 West towards Savannah. I-526 will end in approximately six miles. Turn right onto US-17 South. Travel about 5 miles and turn left onto Main Road. Follow the signs to Kiawah Island.
