There are 700 guest accommodations at The Broadmoor. These range from individual rooms to well
appointed suites. Rooms have either a king bed or two double beds, comfortable period
furniture, and elegant bathrooms. Many offer views of beautiful Cheyenne Mountain and the
resort's own Cheyenne Lake.
 There is a service fee of 14 per room per night for various hotel services which is not
