Homestead Eden Prairie is located approximately ten miles from the Mall of America and 16 miles
from the Minneapolis/St Paul International Airport. The hotel specializes in extended-stay
itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service.
Business services include mail delivery, complimentary incoming fax, and copy and outgoing fax
service for a small fee. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests
staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week)
receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has
the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Guests
with a pet are charged a minimum 75 pet fee upon check-in. 
 All guestrooms have a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and dining and
cooking utensils. Other room amenities include a workspace with computer dataport, 1 per stay
for unlimited local calls, personalized voicemail, and iron and full size ironing board. Pet
Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A 25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to
exceed 75 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in.
