The Flume Cottage: This cottage is built out over the ocean and offers a unique hideaway with spectacular views from every window. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bath cottage. It has a full kitchen, dining area, living room (with a sleeper sofa), wood stove and a large private deck. A contract is required and has a seperate cancellation policy from the regular hotel. **For reserv. arriving between June 6 and October 13, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE after April 30, for all other reservations we must receive cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to date of arrival in order to receive a refund.

Deluxe Ocean View Room(Deluxe Room): Beautifully decorated guest room with a private balcony, offers a fabulous view of the water and the lighhouses.
