General Information:

The Americas Best Value Inn Villa Motel is a two level property with 47 guest rooms that has
recently undergone an extensive renovation. Every room offers cable TV, HBO movies, direct
dial phones, iron and board, high speed internet access data ports, and air-conditioning. Many
rooms also include microwaves, refrigerators, hair dryers, and in-room coffee. For your
relaxation there is an outdoor whirlpool open year-around and outdoor swimming pool that is
open May through September. Nearby the pool area is a gas grill and picnic tables which are
available for our guests. There is also a guest laundry facility. The property is located just
two blocks from historic downtown Manitou Springs Colorado which features unique restaurants,
shops, and art galleries. It is also located in the middle of Pikes Peak country and all of
the attractions the area has to offer.

From the airport, go Northeast on Airport Entrance toward Return to Terminal. Turn left onto Airport Exit. Airport Exit becomes E Drennan Rd. Turn right onto S Powers Blvd. Turn left onto E Fountain Blvd. E Fountain Blvd becomes US-24 W. Take the US-24 W/Cimarron St exit -EXIT 141-. Turn left onto W Cimarron St/US-24 W. Continue to follow US-24 W. Take the US-24-BL/Manitou Ave ramp. Turn right onto Manitou Ave/US-24 BL. End at 481 Manitou Ave.

Denver International Airport
From the airport, go North on Pena Blvd toward Terminal West. Stay straight to go onto Terminal East. Terminal East becomes Terminal East Departures. Turn right onto Airport Exit. Stay straight to go onto Pena Blvd. Take the E-470 S exit -EXIT 6A- toward I-70. Merge onto E 470 S (portions toll). Take the I-25 exit -EXIT 1A- toward Colorado Springs/Denver. Merge onto I-25 S via the exit on the left toward Colorado Springs. Take the US-24 W exit -EXIT 141- toward Cimmaron St. Take the US-24 W ramp toward Manitou Springs/Pikes Peak/Woodland Park. Turn left onto W Cimarron St/US-24 W. Continue to follow US-24 W. Take the US-24-BL/Manitou Ave ramp. Turn right onto Manitou Ave/US-24 BL. End at 481 Manitou Ave.
