Charles III of Spain to find gold, the hacienda has been a trading post on the El Camino Real
and a stagecoach stop between Santa Fe and Mexico City.  In its heyday, it boasted 28 rooms, a
cantina and a mercantile store.  Today the gentle courtyard is a peaceful retreat of dancing
sunlight, shady portals and a dazzling, ever-changing display of flowers.  Listen to the
trickling fountain, snooze in the hammock by the swimming pool, and relax in the hot tub under
the big New Mexico sky.  A hearty, palate-pleasing breakfast is served in the sun-splashed
courtyard in the summer, and in front of a crackling kiva fireplace in the winter.  A

Hacienda Suite: Deluxe Hacienda Fireplace Suite with KING Bed Fireplace-Courtyard-Deluxe Bathroom These suites have a cozy sitting area with kiva fireplace, bedroom with king bed, that open through into the courtyard. Large private bath with old fashioned pedestal tub (some with jacuzzi tubs), brass shower and mexican tile adds to the 19th century abiance.

Adobe Room: Deluxe Adobe Room with QUEEN Bed Fireplace-Antique Furnishings-Courtyard Elegant rooms with queen bed, private bath.
