The Hotel Biba is one of the areas finest examples of Bermuda vernacular architecture and was
originally designed by renowned architect Belford Shoumate. Among the first motor lodges built
in the United States, the property was creatively redesigned by avant garde Miami designer
Barbara Hulanicki and landscape architect Donald Mrakami. 

Today, the hotel features playful modern interior design, serene outdoor spaces, and historic
architecture to create an experience that is fun, funky, and affordable. The hotel guests can
start the morning relaxing at the 50-foot lap pool or in the Asian gardens with a continental
breakfast consisting of fresh Cuban pastries, Hawaiian coffee, and orange juice. The business
