The Grand Summit is located at the base of the Canyons Ski Resort and approximately 37 miles
from Salt Lake City International Airport. The conference center and hotel is an eight-story
building with a three-story lobby, including 362 guest rooms and suites/condos which offer a
view of the Park City valley as well as the Canyons Ski Resort.

The three restaurants include Splashes (poolside deli), Doc's at the Gondola (an Apres Ski
bar), and The Cabin (a fine dining restaurant). A full-service health club offers massages,
facials, yoga, weight training, sauna/steam, and a full-size swim-in/out pool with three
outdoor Jacuzzis. Other hotel amenities include daycare, valet parking, concierge, bell
service, room service, Grand Ballroom and Conference Center, 24-hour reception and front desk,
and general store.

Studios have either queen or king beds, full-size pull-out futons, kitchens, full baths,
ironing boards, hairdryers, On-Demand television, VCRs, CD players, and terry cloth robes (on
request).
