The Inn at Avila Beach is a unique Beach House-style Inn which mixes the best elements of
Mexico and the Mediterranean, all within steps of the beach and 8 miles from historic San Luis
Obispo. This location is approximately 10 miles from San Luis Obispo Airport and 18 miles from
Morro Bay.

 All the Inn at Avila Rooms have the same great amenities including large hooded bathrobes,
microwaves with popcorn, refrigerators with bottled water for your convenience, 27 inch TV and
VCRs, coffee makers, extra pillows and blankets, hair dryers, clock radios and giant fluffy
bath sheets. Wireless Internet access is available in public areas. There's also a guest
computer with high-speed DSL access.

The inn is meant to be a fun beach house so there are lots of areas and getaways. The
Rooftop/Sundeck has 180 degree views of the ocean and the beautiful California Central Coast.
The roof has three living room areas, wet bars, refrigerator, microwaves, and TVs/VCRs . There
is also a Hospitality bar with an ice machine, two gas grills, and hammocks. The Great Room has
both a media room and dining table. It's perfect for family gatherings, meetings or just
getting the coffee, hot tea or hot chocolate that we serve all day. The Library has lots of
great table top books, magazines, owners' fossil collections, folk art and a movie library.
Finally, the Lobby is part gift shop/museum.
