Restaurant / Dining Information - Friday Harbor House offers guests a sophisticated gourmet
culinary experience on San Juan Island. Executive Chef Thomas Ward makes sure that every
detail is attended to, from an extraordinary continental breakfast in the morning that
includes freshly baked scones and the best homemade granola on the West Coast, to seasonal
farm-fresh island fare and locally caught seafood for dinner.     Continental breakfast is
served from 7:30am to 9:30am. The restaurant is open for dinner at 5:30pm, Thursday through
Sunday and seasonally on Mondays.

San Juan Island is ideal for biking, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, boating, golf or scuba diving

in the San Juan Islands. Watch the Orca whales in their natural habitat along with playful

seals, porpoise, otters, bald eagles, and a variety of other unusual native creatures.    

Shopping is a must in Friday Harbor. The area is famous for its art galleries, antique shops,

bookstores, and charming boutiques. To experience the beauty of the nearby islands, walk,

drive, or ride a bike on the inter-island ferry.

Driving Directions: From North or South I-5, take the Anacortes/San Juan Ferry Exit #230. Travel WEST on Highway 20 and follow signs to the Anacortes ferry terminal. (Approximate travel time: 1.5 hours) When exiting the ferry, follow traffic up Spring Street. Turn RIGHT onto First. Turn RIGHT onto West Street. Friday Harbor House is at the end of the block overlooking the harbor.
