CANCELLATION POLICY: Fifty-percent lodging and tax is due at the time of booking. The
remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Should cancellation become necessary 30
days or more before the arrival date, one-half of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellation
within 30 days of arrival is non-refundable.
