Some of the Wharfside rooms are the only rooms in Kennebunkport's Dock Square that feature water views.

Federal: The spacious Federal rooms feature period antiques and reproductions with the relaxing ambiance of floral linens in rich jewel colors and private baths. A welcoming sitting arrangement provides an area to relax in your room. Additional amenities include pillow top bedding, dual showerheads, wireless access, CD players and deluxe bath amenities

Mansion: Beautifully appointed with rich floral and flame-stitch fabrics, the mansion rooms feature traditional white woodwork and moldings and private bath with tubs. These are classic elegant retreats with a queen or king bed, wing chairs by the gas fireplace and picturesque views of the village. Riverhouse: The cozy Riverhouse guest rooms are brightly decorated in florals and jacquards. About one third less space than a Federal room; there is a smaller sitting area and a private bath with a shower. The Riverhouse is adjacent to the Main Inn, across the pool deck. The Riverhouse guest rooms have all of the modern amenities in a cozy, comfortable ambiance.

Wharfside Family Suites: Capturing the spirit of a Maine beach cottage style, Wharfside family suites are decorated in soothing seaside colors that create a fun and casual ambiance. With partial water views of the lively harbor Wharfside rooms are directly across the street from the Main Inn. Parking is available at the Wharfside. The Family Suites have 2 and 3 bedrooms with small kitchenette facilties and living rooms. These suites are perfect for family reunions, and small gatherings.

From Primary Airport - PMW - Portland International Jetport Get on the Maine Turnpike going south. From the Maine Turnpike (I-95) take Exit 19 [formerly Exit 2] (Wells). Go through the Tollbooth, and turn left at lights. At the next traffic light turn left onto Route 1 North, Approximately 2 miles bear right onto Route 9. Follow Route 9 for roughly 6-7 miles. While traveling, you will pass through two sets of traffic lights. " Shortly after driving through the second traffic light (intersection of Routes 35 and 9), you will drive over a metal drawbridge. This will bring you to Dock Square, Kennebunkport. Stay on Route 9 (do not turn right onto Ocean Avenue). Just ahead on the left, you will see a large tree on one side of our driveway, and our sign on the other side (dark green with gold lettering). Turn left into the driveway, and you will see the Inn, a tall white Victorian building with green shutters. Drive up to the front door and come on in to the Front Desk to check in.
