Cuscowilla is a 700 acre property on a 20,000 acre Lake. We have Golf Cottages nestled between
two fairways and Lake Villas that over look Lake Oconee.

Golf Cottage 2 Bdrm: 2 Bed/2Bath Kitchen, Fireplace 4 Queen beds, Hardwoods, Golf Course view The Golf Cottage 2 bedroom is nestled in the towering pines of Cuscowilla, with a view of one of our award winning Golf holes. The 2 bedroom unit has 4 queen size beds, 2 full bathrooms, a great room, and a kitchen. There is also hardwood floors throughout, knottypine walls, a stacked stone fireplace, and a deck that overlooks the golf course.

Golf Cottage-1 bdrm: 1 bdrm cottage (studio) w/golf course view - studio has king, kitchenette & fireplace. The 1 bedroom Golf Cottage is separated from the adjacent main section of a complete cottage by connecting doors and is accessed through a side door entrance. The cottage exterior is cedar shake sided and the interior boasts native Georgia yellow pine wood throughout. Although it is only one roomthe 1 bedroom Golf Cottage is spacious and is highlighted by a large granite stacked stone fireplace and is furnished with a breakfast table for 2 plus a TV (cable), VCR/DVD. The kitchenette has a granite counter top, sink, microwave, mini-fridge w/freezer, toaster and coffee pot. Some dishes and utensils are also provided.

Golf Cottage 3 Bdrm: 3 Bed/3 Bath, Golf View, 2 fireplaces full kitchen, living area, hardwoods The Golf Cottage 3 bedroom is nestled in the towering pines of Cuscowilla, with a view of one of our award winning Golf holes. Sycamore - Complete: A one story 2000 sq ft w/large lake views Great room w/fireplace and attached kitchen 115-A+B "Sycamore" - Complete, is a 3 bedroom lake villa that separates, by connecting doors into, (115A) the 2 bedroom main area and (115B) the 1 bedroom studio. The Sycamore is located in "The Lake Village" with one of the largest lake views. The exterior is cedar shake sided and has large back and side patios with large open water views across Lake Oconee. The patios are furnished with table & chairs and a charcoal grill is located between lake villas 115 & 116. The interior is very spacious with hardwood floors throughout. 115-A has the 650 sq ft great room featuring a granite stacked stone fireplace, TV (w/cable), VCR/DVD, large sofa, 2 sofa chairs, and a dining table for 8. The villa exterior is cedar shake sided and offers the views of Lake Oconee for a private side porch. The porch is furnished with table and chairs and a charcoal grill is located just off of the porch between the villas. The interior has hardwood floors throughout. The Suite has a living area which is highlighted by a large granite stacked stone fireplace. It is furnished with a breakfast table for 2 plus a TV (cable), VCR/DVD. The kitchenette has a sink, microwave, mini-fridge w/freezer, toaster and coffee pot. Some dishes and utensils are also provided.

Lodge Villa Studio: 2 queen size beds, large patio/balcony kitchenette, golf/lake views The Lodge Villa Studio offers a spacious room with 2 queen size beds, a kitchenette, full bath, and French doors that lead out to the patio/balcony. The Patio/balcony offers a view of either the awardwinning golf course, or of Lake Oconee.

Lake Villa Suite: King Bed Lake View Living area and Porch Fireplace, kitchenette The Lake Villa Suite is a one bedroom suite that via connecting doors adjoins to a 2 bedroom main Lake Villa unit. Golf Cottage Studio: King Bed Stacked Stone Fireplace. Kitchenette Hard wood floors, knotty pine throughout The Golf Cottage Studio is a 1 bedroom unit with a king size bed, stacked stone fireplace, full bath, and kitchenette. The cottage is rustic in nature with its hardwood floors, knotty pine walls, and nestled in the towering pines of Cuscowilla overlooking one of our award winning golf holes.

Suite-Lake Front: A king bed w/lake view,living area,kitchen, fireplace,dining table,porch The Suite Lodge Villas at Cuscowilla are in the center of activity at the resort and each with a king bed. The exterior boast Spanish style roof tile and stucco facade. The interior has a kitchen/dining area with some dishes and utensils provided, living area with a sofa, 2 arm chairs, fireplace and access to a private patio with views of Lake Oconee. Also includes a private bathroom with two-sink vanity, shower. Also located in the area around the Lodge Villas is the Waterside Restaurant, Golf House Bar & Grill, a large resort style swimming pool and access to common docks.

Lake Villa 2 Bedroom: 2 bedroom 1 story 1500 sq ft w/ lake view 4 Queen size beds, full kitchen, fireplace Lake Villa - Main, A 1500 square foot, one level Lake Villa encompasses 4 queen size beds, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a greatroom highlighted by a stacked stone granite fireplace. The porch off of the rear of the Villa offers an additional seating area, and a view of Lake Oconee

Lake Villa 3 Bedroom: 4 queen, 1 King size bed w/3 full bathrooms 2 stacked stone fireplaces, and view of Lake The Lake Villa 3 Bedroom is a three bedroom villa that via connecting doors adjoins a 2 bedroom main Lake Villa unit, and a one bedroom suite. The villa encompasses one bedroom with a King size bed, and 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds each, three full bathrooms, and Hardwood floors throughout. There is a large great room 2 stacked stone fireplaces, a full kitchen, cable television, and DVD Player. The back deck has a view of Lake Oconee. These units are located in close proximity to the Kids Club, and the Lighted Tennis Courts

Lodge Villa Suite: 1 Bed/1 Bath Kitchen, and living room Spacious deck/patio golf course/ lake view Lodge Villa Suites offer spacious interiors with either one king bed on the upper level or the option of two queen size beds on the lower level, a full bath, kitchen, and living room. The exterior of the unit has a large deck on the lower level, or a shared terrace on the upper level that overlooks either our award winning golf course, or beautiful Lake Oconee.
