The Ayres Hotel Seal Beach is an upscale boutique hotel in Seal Beach. The hotel is located
next to the Old Ranch Country Club and Golf Course, eight blocks from Leisure World, and a
half-mile from California State University Long Beach. Reach downtown Long Beach in about 10
miles and downtown Disney in about 11. For onsite recreation, enjoy the swimming pool,
whirlpool, and fitness room. 
 Guests receive a complimentary full breakfast with their room rate. Monday through Thursday
evenings, guests are invited to attend the hotel manager's reception for complimentary
beverages. Although there is not a full service restaurant inside the hotel, there are dining
destinations nearby. Within one block, guests will be able to reach Spaghettini, Japanese
Sushi and Steak, Baja Fresh, Quiznos, Hot Off the Grill, Islands, Marie Callender's, and
Macaroni Grill.
