General Information:

This beautiful new Hampton opened on August 8, 2002.  We offer 80 guestrooms, 85% non-smoking,
king bedded rooms and mini suites with a wet bar and two bedded queen rooms.  There are rooms
to accommodate the physically challenged, the hearing impaired and connecting rooms as well. 
The hotel has an indoor pool, fireplace in lobby, and exercise room.

Hotel Description:

The new Hampton Inn Clifton Park (2002) is conveniently located between
Albany and Saratoga.  A short 10 mi to the historic Saratoga Race Track
and the beginning of the beautiful Adirondocle Mountains.  It is in an
ideal setting, not far from many outlets, golf courses, Lake George and
Vermont.  Ten miles from the capitol of NY-Albany-Empire State Plaza,
Pepsi Arena, 8 mi from Albany Int'l Airport, and 10 mi from Union College.
 From NYS Thruway - Take Exit 24 to Northway I-87 north.  From Northway
I-87 north to Exit 9, turn left onto Rt. 146 west.  Travel one eighth mile
and turn right onto Plank Rd.  From Albany County Airport - Turn left onto
Albany Shaker Rd.  Travel two miles and turn left onto Northway I-87
North-Exit 4.  Proceed to Exit 9 and turn left onto Rt. 146 West.  Travel
one eighth mile and turn right onto Plank Rd.  From Northway I-87 South -
Take Exit 9 West and turn right onto Rt. 146 West.  Go one eighth mile and
turn right onto Plank Rd.
