The Homestead Resort and Spa is set in the Alps of Utah with on site activities including the
55 foot limestone rock Homestead Crater filled with 90 to 95 degree water, 18-hole
championship golf, horseback riding, and AVEDA Concept Spa Services.

During your stay, go scuba diving in our private natural limestone rock crater; swim or relax
in our indoor and outdoor pools and 2 jetted hot tubs or work out in our exercise room. The
Homestead Resort and Spa has an on site game room, complimentary parking, and dine in our
award winning restaurant. They also provide complimentary shuttle service to and from local
ski resorts. All of these services provided with NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES.

The Homestead offers a variety of on-site lodging accommodations at our cottage style resort.
Nineteen separate buildings are connected by scenic walkways through gardens and lawns. Each
room and suite has its own outdoor entrance and most have patios. All rooms are uniquely
decorated with amenities that both business and leisure guests alike have come to expect from
a fine resort. All of the rooms include complimentary WIFI internet access, daily newspaper,
parking, and use of all facilities including: pools, hot tubs, tennis, fitness center,
activity center, games and more.
