area on the southeastern portion of the Lake Tahoe shoreline, approximately 51 miles from Reno
International Airport. This location is also four miles from Stateline, five miles east of
South Lake Tahoe and the Lake Tahoe Historical Society Museum, seven miles from the shops at
Heavenly Village, and 28 miles from Ponderosa Ranch. 
 The resort's amenities include boat rentals, snowmobiles, cruises, gift shop, grocery store,
marina, parasailing, concierge, Zephyr Cove Restaurant, and Sunset Beach Bar and Grill. 
 All units feature cable TV, clock radios, microwaves, hairdryers, dataports, coffeemakers,
and refrigerators.
