Three Kings Resort offers over 60 well-appointed condominiums in a beautiful mountain setting.
Adjacent to the Park City Golf Club, accommodations range in size from studio + lofts to 3
bedroom condos. Condominiums offer fully equipped kitchens, comfortable bedrooms, spacious
living rooms and great locations. Park City is located a short 35 minute drive from the Salt
Lake City international airport. Summer activities include golfing, biking, tennis, hiking,
fishing, and horseback riding. Winter activities include world class skiing and snowboarding
at the Park City Mountain Resort and the Canyons Resort, skiing only at Deer Valley Resort.
Park City offers terrific shopping and over 80 restaurants ranging from casual dining to haute
cuisine. Most Three Kings condominiums are non-air conditioned. 
Gold rated units will receive housekeeping every other day of the guests stay. All Silver
rated and Bronze rated units will receive 1 midweek clean for stays of 6 nights or longer. 
There is a 4 PCT reservations fee added to all reservations with stays between Nov.2-Apr.
There is a 3 PCT reservations fee added to all reservations with stays between Apr.18-Nov. The
price includes the property's resort fee. 
April 14-May 22, 2008 and September 6-Dec. 14, 2008 front desk and pool area (including guest
hot tubs) are closed. Guests will check in via the Three Kings lockbox located on the exterior
wall of the check in office near the pool area. May 23-Sept. 5, 2008 - Three Kings front desk
is open daily from 10am-8pm. Swimming pool and guest spas/hot tubs are open daily from
10apm-8pm. Three Kings Condominiums are located at 1500 Three Kings Drive in Park City, Utah.
