The beachfront Surfside Resort is adjacent to the Seascape golf course, five miles from
downtown Destin, and approximately twenty miles from Okaloosa County Airport. The skybridge
connects the pool deck with the beach on the Gulf of Mexico. 
 The property's amenities include the lighted tennis and volleyball courts, basketball courts,
private beach access, courtesy patrol and covered parking. 
 All rooms have air-conditioning, balconies, cable TV, VCRs, free video rentals and
washers/dryers.

Check-in time is after 3:00 pm and check out is 10:00 am.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the
rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are
prohibited unless occupied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the
number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may
apply during spring break. Chaperoned groups are prohibited.
