between Destin and Panama City Beach. The property is approximately 30 minutes away from
either city, nestled on the white sands of the South Walton beach. The property is a short
drive to Seaside, where guests can visit a variety of eclectic shops, boutiques and art
galleries. 

This property offers a split-level, 4,500-square-foot tropical pool, an eight-person Jacuzzi,
and a nature trail leading to Deer Lake Park. The guests also have access to a fitness
facility, meeting space, and a steam room and sauna. Complimentary beach service, including
two chairs and one umbrella, is also offered. Complimentary video rentals, including new
releases, are available at the on-site office. Complimentary seasonal beach service, which
provides two chairs and one umbrella, is also offered. Seasonal childrens activities are
available for a fee. 

Accommodations at this property offer fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwave
ovens, dishwashers, coffeemakers, dishes, pans, and utensils. Cable TV and VCRs are provided.
All units offer private balconies. Towels are distributed based on occupancy of the units.
