ResortQuest Warm Springs is located in Sun Valley, an area ideal for skiing, biking, hiking,
fishing, golf, and other outdoor activities.

ResortQuest Prospectors Condos at Warm Springs Village are mid-class condominiums in a
park-like setting with restricted traffic and an easy walk to the Warm Springs lifts. Common
areas are on the entry level with bedroom upstairs. Three bedroom units have all bath ensuite.
Third bedroom is usually open on one side to the living room below, but some are not open.
Three bedroom units have double-high ceilings in the living room and are on the ends of the
buildings and have the best views. Ladder lofts are carved out of attic space above the
bedroom level. The Prospector Condominiums are located at the foot of Bald Mountain, the
entrance to the complex is about one block from the lifts. The Prospector Condominiums stretch
approximately one block more away from the lifts. Warm Springs Creek runs through the complex
for about a quarter of a mile. The free area-wide bus stops at the entrance, headed for town;
it runs until midnight.
Pets are not welcome. The price includes the property's resort fee.
