2. One Bedroom Loft: One Bedroom Lofts are 928 square feet. Has the same floor
plan as a one bedroom, with the addition of a spacious loft
containing two or three beds. These units are ideal for a
family of three to five, or two to four singles. Master
bedroom has a bath adjacent to it and loft has at least a
3/4 bath. Has a living room with a fireplace, a fully
equipped kitchen with a microwave, two TV's, a VCR in the
living room, and a balcony with a gas BBQ grill and outdoor
furniture. 1 rollaway allowed. Sleeps 4. Two Bedroom: Two Bedrooms are 1008 square feet. Most have a queen bed in
one bedroom with the second bedroom having one or two beds
and each bedroom having its own bathroom. These units are
nice for two couples, a family of three to five, or two to
four singles. Has a living room with a fireplace, a fully
equipped kitchen with a microwave, two TV's, a VCR in the

bedroom plus with den has a double size living area. Half of
the living area converts to a third sleeping area with a
third bath. Two bedroom plus loft has the same floor plan
as a two bedroom unit, with an additional sleeping area
above the living room. There is a bath for each bedroom,
and the loft has at least a 3/4 bath. The bedding in these
units varies from Kings to twins in the bedrooms and all
have a living room sleeper sofa. These units are ideal for
three to five singles or a family of four to six. They both
have a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped
kitchen with a microwave, at least two TV's, a VCR in the
living room, and a balcony with a gas grill and outdoor
furniture. 1 rollaway allowed. Sleeps 6. Three Bedroom Townhouse: Three Bedroom Townhouse is a two or three story condominium
with three separate bedrooms and three bathrooms. The plus
is a forth sleeping area on the second-level or a loft
above the living room. This is the largest condominium we
offer and is ideal for a large family, four to six singles,
three couples or two small families. All have a living room
with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a
microwave, at least two TV's, a VCR in the living room, and
a balcony with a gas grill and outdoor furniture. Rollaways

ASE-ASPEN/SARDY FIELD AIRPORT Take a LEFT at the airport light onto HWY 82 heading WEST. At the next stop light take a LEFT
on BRUSH CREEK RD. Stay on this road for about 3-4 miles. You will see a Conoco gas station on
your right, the next road on the left is WOOD RD. Take a LEFT here and follow the road to the
LEFT. After you pass under the second skier bridge you will see our property on the LEFT. Take
a LEFT at the second driveway and this will get you to the Front Desk.
DEN-DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Take I-70 WEST towards Grand Junction. At Glenwood Springs take exit 116 HWY 82 to Aspen. Take
a RIGHT off the freeway and another RIGHT at the next light. Follow the road to the RIGHT onto
the bridge. Take this HWY until you see signs for Snowmass Village. At the stop light take a
RIGHT onto BRUSH CREEK ROAD. Follow the road 3-4 miles until you see a Conoco gas station on
your right. Take the next LEFT after the gas station which is WOOD RD. Follow this road to the
left after the second skier bridge you will see our property on your left. Take a LEFT at the
second driveway and you will be at the Front Desk.
