Budget Efficiency: Queen bed efficiency, garden view across from the front office. Very nice updated budget accommodation for fisherman or a couple who spend most of their time on the beach or in the boat. No telephone. Cable TV, A/C. No rollaways allowed. Sleeps 2.

Orchid Cottage: If you want the best of everything, in a secluded private setting, the Orchid Cottage is the place. Private entrance, private tropical yard, private sandy sunning beach, private boat basin. Inside: central air, gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, upscale furnishings with king bed and best quality linens, entertainment center with stereo, CD, DVD, tile floors, screened porch, ceiling fans, washer and dryer. Studio Efficiency(Standard Room): Oceanfront efficiency with a king bed, small kitchen, dinette and front patio with excellent ocean view and access to pool, beach and docks. Only 1 unit of this type on the property, see unit #2 on the property map. No Rollaways allowed. Sleeps 2.

Two Bedroom Cottage(Suite): Two bedroom fishermans cottage, no ocean view, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, patio, queen bed in one room, double in the other. A/C, cable TV, local phone, etc. No rollaways allowed. Sleeps 6.

Three Bedroom House: Three bedroom tropical cottage on stilts. Master bedroom suite has king bed and private bathroom with tile shower, other two bedrooms have a queen bed and share a full bath. Living room with entertainment center, fully equipped kitchen. Central A/C, cable TV, free local phones, balcony with tables. One or our nicest units! Renovated inside and out in 2003.
