For multiple night reservations arriving Labor Day through June 30, a deposit of 1 nights stay
is required within 7 days, to guarantee reservations. For single night stays Labor Day through
June 30, 50% deposit is required within 7 days to guarantee reservations. For reservations
arriving July 1 through Labor Day, a deposit of one nights stay or 50% of the entire stay is
required, whichever is greater, within 7 days to guarantee reservation. Cancellation/ Refund:
We will gladly refund your deposit if you notify us at least 7 days in advance or on shorter
notice, IF we are able to re-rent your room. For reservations cancelled within 7 days of
scheduled arrival in which case we are able to re-rent, there will be a 10 cancellation fee
