General Information:

The ResortQuest at Palacio resort is located on a quiet beach on the island of Perdido Key
surrounded by protected state and federal nature preserves. The resort is adjacent to the
Perdido Bay Golf Course. The condominium is a new high-rise building directly on the Gulf and
on a magnificent 8-mile stretch of beautiful beach. In addition to spectacular ocean views the
two bedroom condominiums are luxuriously furnished and have completely equipped kitchens as
well as clothes washer/dryers. The master bedrooms feature walk-in closets while the master
baths have heavenly whirlpool tubs. When guests are not lounging on the beach - they can
enjoy the complete fitness center - tennis courts - and the children's activity program
available during the summer months. When it is time to head indoors guests enjoy
complimentary video rentals. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the uncrowded natural beauty of
two state parks and the National Seashore. But shopping - museums - festivals - are also
nearby. The ResortQuest at Palacio - A vacation here is sure to relax and revive.Other

Cancellation fees may apply for any cancellations. The individuals making the reservation must
be 25 years of age or older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation.
Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal
guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned
groups and sports team groups are prohibited. Please contact the property directly for further

The second bedroom has 1 queen bed or 2 twin beds. A sleeper sofa is available in the living as well as a DVD for enjoying complimentary movies. The completely equipped kitchen features all major appliances as well as microwave-coffeemaker-toaster-blender-dishes-and cooking utensils. Start going northwest on Airport blvd toward Tippin Ave. Turn right onto Tippin Ave. Turn left onto Underwood Ave. Turn let onto N. 9th Ave/CR289. Turn right onto Bayou Blvd/FL296. Continue on FL296 for 5.5 miles. Continue straight onto CR296/Saufley Field Rd. Turn left onto N. Blue Angel Parkway/FL173S. Turn right onto FL292/Sorrento Road. Continue to follow FL292 for 6.5 miles. Turn right onto Perdido Key Drive and continue to the Palacio.

Okaloosa Regional Airport - VPS
Start going North on FL85N toward FL85S. Merge onto I10W via the ramp on the left toward Pensacola. Merge onto I110S/FL8A South via Exit 12 toward Pensacola. Take the Brent Lane Exit/Exit 5. Keep right at the fork to go on FL296. Stay straight to go onto CR296/Saufley Field Rd. Turn left onto N. Blue Angele Parkway/FL173S. Turn right onto FL292/Sorrento Road. Continue for 6.5 miles. Turn right onto Perdido Key Road and to the Palacio.
