The Block Hotel is a snowboard themed hotel run by snowboarders, features high-tech amenities,
and is approximately four miles away from Bear Mountain, and 58 miles from Ontario
International Airport. Local attractions include Snow Summit, approximately four miles away
and the Village, located one mile from the property. Having just opened their doors on July 1,
2005 this hotel is a tribute to the conceptual prowess of snowboarding pioneer Marc Frank
Montoya and Las Vegas hotelier Liko S. Smith. 

The hotel amenities include free board waxing room, bike tuning room, outdoor swimming pool,
whirlpool, poker room, fitness center, free wireless Internet access, billiard room, free
domestic calls in the billiard room, 100 person barbeque deck and parking. 

The guestrooms feature cable TVs, Playstation 2 Game Consoles with DVD player functionality,

clocks. 

Music playing in public areas may contain explicit content. The hotel enforces a no-noise
policy after midnight. There is a 15 fee for lost keys.
