The ResortQuest at Silver Sands Gulf Beach is directly on the beach on quiet elegant Longboat
Key. The areas many golf courses, numerous restaurants, and upscale shopping are all within a
short drive. 

The heated beachside pool offers a relaxing environment and when guests are ready for a little
fun they can enjoy the putting green. The nearby Longboat Key Public Tennis Center offers 10
soft clay courts, tennis pros, and player matching service. 

The guests are certain to enjoy the private white sand beach with complimentary beach
umbrellas and lounges. All guest accommodation was completely renovated in 2004. Standard
rooms as well as one- and two-bedroom suites are available with either a kitchenette or fully
equipped kitchen. 

Additional facilities and reservation fees may vary at time of deposit. Cancellation fees may
apply for any cancellations. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or
older and occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25
years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may
apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional
restrictions may apply during spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups and sports team
groups are prohibited.
