2005. All our furnished studios have fully equipped kitchens with full-size refrigerator, stove
top, and microwave. Our price is an extreme value, with the average hotel in Tulsa charging
almost 3 times our rate. Each furnished studio includes free expanded cable television with
Showtime, free utilities, and free biweekly maid service. High speed internet and telephones
service is available at a competitive rate. Recorded security cameras in all public areas,
interior corridors, locked perimeter doors, and employees always present on property ensure a
safer environment. Payment and a 100 USD refundable deposit are due at check in. The front
desk is open from 9AM-6PM Monday through Friday, 10AM ��� 2PM on Saturday, and
closed Sunday. Guests checking in after hours should call extension 500 and the studio officer
guard will be paged to assist them. No pets are allowed. A 100.00USD Deposit is charged upon
checkin even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refundable at checkout
