 The 1 bedroom/1 bath Condo plus loft and the 2 bedroom/2 bath Condo each holds a maximum of 6
people and utilizes for bedding 2 Queen Beds and 2 Queen Sleeper Sofas. The Studio/1 bath Condo
with loft holds a maximum of 4 people and offers 1 King Bed and 1 Full Sleeper Sofa. Room
amenities also include in-room internet access, in-room washer/dryer, fireplace, DVD and/or
VCR and a full kitchen complete with dishes and utensils. >p>Checkin Procedures - Check-in at
the front office located at 56805 Venture Lane. Check-in time is at 4 pm and check-out time is
11 am. We are very strict on adhering to the set check-in/check-out times. The person checking
into the rental home or condo must be at least 21 years of age. A non-refundable cleaning fee
with a 7% tax and a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee will be charged to you upon check-in at
Sunset Realty. No exceptions.
