The complex offers two swimming pools, two championship golf courses, over 30 tennis courts,
over 30 miles of paved biking/hiking trails, a marina with canoe rentals, and a full-service
spa. It is also nearby to over 50 shops & restaurants at the Sunriver Village Mall and
Sunriver Resort Lodge.  You must be 21 years of age or older in order to check in. A
non-refundable cleaning fee with a 7% tax and a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee will be
charged to you upon check-in at Sunset Realty. No exceptions. The check-in office is located
at: 56805 Venture Lane, Sunriver, OR, 97707.
