The one bedroom condo unit, garden view, has a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen sofa bed
in the living room, a full kitchen, two baths, two large lanais, overhead plantation fans in
every room, cable T/V and VCR and a washer and dryer in the unit. We also have a lovely large
pool and jacuzzi and Webber gas grills at the Cliffs Resort. The unit comes completely
furnished with all kitchen appliances including dishwasher, built in microwave over stove,
coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and flatware. All linens are also furnished including
an extra set if needed. The unit is also fully equipped with a digital CD, tape player and
radio combination with surround sound that plays CDs, CD-Rs and CD-RW discs in addition to
tapes. Condobobs Cliffs and Sandpiper Village condo units located in Princeville, Kauai
recently received special acclaim in the November 2003 issue of Arthur Frommers Budget Travel
magazine for being one of the best budget buys on the Island of Kauai. The article is also
