Wyndham Palm Aire is located 15 miles from Fort Lauderdale International Airport and five
minutes outside the city of Fort Lauderdale. Local attractions include the beach, boating and
marina, scuba/snorkeling, shopping, and restaurants.

This golf resort offers the full-service spa and salon, three outdoor swimming pools,
activities program, tennis court, fitness center, outdoor hot tub, game room and playground,
clubhouse, miniature golf, and basketball court. Palm Aire is a gated community with security
on staff 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

One-bedroom condos are 900 square feet and have one king bed in the private bedroom, a sleeper
sofa in the living area, full kitchen, washer/dryer, one bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and a
balcony. Maximum occupancy is four. Private sleeping area sleeps two.

Two-bedroom condos are 1100 square feet and have one king bed in the master bedroom, two full
beds or one queen bed in guest bedroom, a sleeper sofa in living area, full kitchen,
washer/dryer, two bathrooms, Jacuzzi tub in master bath, and balcony. Maximum occupancy is
six. Private sleeping area sleeps four.

All condos include dishes and utensils, irons and ironing boards, and hairdryers.
